INNOVATION 2020, the brand new marshmallow coated with Ruby chocolate was selected from the finalists of the FOOD CREATIV competition organized by the Hauts-de-France region in the category of innovative products.

Organized by the Hauts-de-France region on the sidelines of the next SIAL Paris, the competition FOOD CREATIV rewards innovative agrifood products and services created in the regions. A jury of experts made up of buyers, journalists, food professionals, etc. selects the winners, including the Ruby chocolate coated marshmallow.
