FAQ - Everything you need to know about our chocolate marshmallows (and much more!)
What are the nutritional values of your soft, chewy marshmallows?
Our soft marshmallows average 376 kcal per 100 g: 10 g fat (mainly from the cocoa butter in our chocolate coating), 72 g carbohydrates and 4 g protein. These nutritional values may vary slightly according to flavoring (white chocolate, dark chocolate or caramel heart).
What makes your chocolate iconic in this French confectionery?
We only work with traceable chocolate beans and pure cocoa butter. The result is a delicious chocolate with a powerful taste, free from palm oil, that leaves a real chocolate imprint on the palate.
What's the difference between soft marshmallow, dark chocolate marshmallow and white chocolate marshmallow?
Tender marshmallow is our aerial base, beaten with a milk base and glucose syrup. It is then coated with either an intense dark chocolate couverture or a vanilla white chocolate couverture, to satisfy all confectionery lovers.
Are your marshmallows covered in real chocolate shells?
Yes, each piece receives two successive layers of chocolate. These layers form a thin, crunchy shell that protects the tender marshmallow and ensures better conservation.
Do you offer an ultra-gourmet assortment of marshmallows?
That's right! Our "Ultra" boxed set includes an assortment of ultra marshmallows: mini sizes, teddy bear-shaped marshmallows, caramel-hearted marshmallows, and three-layer chocolate bars. Perfect for a confection full of surprises.
Can I use your marshmallows in recipes for marshmallows or homemade hot chocolate?
Absolutely. Melt a few pieces in hot chocolate for a creamy topping, or add them to your homemade marshmallow recipes (brownies, rocky roads, cupcakes). Their double chocolate coating melts at 32°C.
Are your products suitable for gluten-free diets?
Yes: our iconic confection is gluten-free. The only potential allergens are the milk and soy present in the chocolate coating.
How do you store these chocolate marshmallows to preserve their softness?
Store between 14°C and 18°C, away from humidity. Thanks to their chocolate shells, they remain soft marshmallows for two months after manufacture.
Where are they made?
All our marshmallows - whether homemade or grand cru - come from our workshop in Tourcoing (Nord), the historic birthplace of French confectionery since 1948.
Are there any special event formats for confectionery fans?
Yes: 1 kg bulk bags, personalized wedding boxes, or "Shaped Marshmallows" tasting trays with several layers of chocolate. Contact us for a quote.
