Coated with a fine layer of slightly crunchy chocolate and cocoa powder, each truffle is irregularly unique and always deliciously melting and silky soft to the core. Incredibly irresistible, the range of truffles is available in 3 recipes: plain dark chocolate 70% de Cacao, Heart with Caramel pointe de sel and Heart with Praliné Noisette. Carefully packaged in their box, they preserve all their flavors and will surprise anyone who receives them.

Following the success of their first collaboration in 2023, Truffettes de France and Pascal Brunstein are back with a new creation, revisiting the chocolate-covered marshmallow bear!

On tasting, it's first the thick, perfectly measured chocolate coating that crunches under the tooth, before giving way to the infinitely soft marshmallow that reveals all the sweetness of bourbon vanilla in the mouth. Delicately crunchy, our chocolate-covered Marshmallow Bear is no less melt-in-your-mouth than the rest, and promises to provide you with some terribly gourmet tasting moments.

With Truffettes de France, Pascal Brunstein has chosen a Mexican milk chocolate that reveals round, addictive, low-sugar notes. Once the shell is cracked, the marshmallow and chocolate meet in perfect balance thanks to bourbon vanilla: the culmination of a delicately crunchy and sweet tasting experience.

Dark chocolate from Ecuador opens the tasting with powerful, delicate notes and a long finish. The teddy bear then reveals the softness of marshmallow at its heart, with delicate notes of bourbon vanilla, and a play of textures and comforting flavors begins.
