This "signature paste" results in unrivalled, melt-in-the-mouth truffles that lend themselves to every kind of fantasy. Available in as many recipes as there are palates, the precious mixture is then shaped into its iconic truffle form before being coated with cocoa powder, packaged and enjoyed... all over the world!
